WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. (CST) are shipped out the same day. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Most shipments arrive within 3-7 business days (after the shipment date).

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

We ship to all states in the United States.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses inside Texas.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR SHIPPING?

Orders over $75.00 ship FREE via USPS Ground. Tracking is available for this option. Most shipments arrive within 3-7 business days (after the shipment date).

Orders under $75.00 ship UPS Ground for a flat rate of $7.95 for addresses in the United States.

HOW CAN I TRACK SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER?

You can track your package by clicking “track my order” in your shipping notification email.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please send an email to amp@seedvisual.com with your order number within an hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to change or cancel your order before it ships.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Thank you for shopping at EnradiaCBD.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or any of our products please submit a return request by sending an email to amp@enradiacbd.com within 30 days of purchase date.

Please include in your email:

  • Return Authorization Request in the subject line

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Preferred resolution method (pick one):

    – Merchandise Exchange

    – Refund

These products cannot be returned:

  • Products that you have had for more than 30 days

  • Products that have been significantly used (more than 50%)

  • Gift Cards

  • Products without a Return Authorization

We will send you an RA (Return Authorization) number as well as a return address with instructions upon request. We will not accept any package without a Return Authorization number on the box.

It may take up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement, once we have received your returned item. The refund will be the purchase price (minus shipping and return charges).

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS GET DAMAGED?

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to amp@enradiacbd.com with a photo of the damaged product. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
